When pleasure aviation and yachting become as one

Thanks to innovative airplanes design, LISA Airplanes wishes to offer its customers a new lifestyle by bringing them more freedom. From this will is born the “Multi-Access” technology. Besides, this “all-terrain” capacity allows a huge time-saving by enabling take-off and landings to the nearest point of your vacation place. Those “point-to-point” trips are getting even a larger potential thanks to a new partnership signed between LISA Airplanes and Danish Yacht, a “Super Yacht” shipyard.
The goal of this collaboration is based on a simple but unique concept: to design a private aircraft carrier able to host an original and innovative tender, the AKOYA.

Several technologies allow AKOYA to be considered as a yacht tender. Its amphibian function enables AKOYA’s pilot to land on water next to his yacht, while its folding wings significantly reduce the airplane size once on board. Therefore, yachts equipped with a crane or a submersible deck can house an AKOYA as other tenders.

The Day-Boat, a new yacht designed by Danish Yacht, has many assets.
Besides being aesthetics, it consumes far less fuel than other yachts of the same size, thanks to its entirely carbon-made structure. Moreover, it is equipped with a submersible deck at the boat rear, especially designed to host an AKOYA on its board.

Thus, thanks to AKOYA, whether you are in Paris for business or on a snow field in the Alps, you will be able to meet easily your family or your friends enjoying a boat ride on the Mediterranean Sea.

Danish Yacht

Danish Yacht is a modern "Super Yacht" shipyard located in the port of Skagen in Denmark, centrally located in Scandinavia.

Their yard specialises in building “one-off” sail and motor yachts from 80 – 150 feet, such as the Ranger and the Moon Goddess, characterised by superb quality craftsmanship and the use of only best materials, in collaboration with some of the world's leading designers. The shipyard specialises in building boats in carbon fibre, Kevlar, and epoxy. These materials provide greater strength and lower weight, thus allowing higher speeds to be obtained. These advantages illustrate the high standards of quality maintained at their facility.

The company was founded in 1988 under the name of “Skagen Yachtyard”, and rapidly gained a reputation as a Super Yacht shipyard, changing its name to Danish Yacht in 2000.
Their cutting-edge production facilities comprise three spacious halls occupying an area of 5,500 m2, incorporating their own joinery and metal shops.

Dayboat

The new 38m Dayboat from Danish Yacht has started build in Skagen in Denmark in 2008, following tank testing of hull forms in Gothenburg in December 2007.
Reinforcing the successful relationship between Danish Yacht and the Norwegian naval architect, Espen Oeino, this exciting project is set to pioneer a new area of powerboat design. With its carbon fibre hull, giving a weight saving of at least 25% over conventional composite build, build number 116 is expected to achieve speeds in excess of 50 knots, powered by twin diesel engines.

Build number 116 will have an astonishing stopping distance of about 3 boat lengths at 50 knots with its jet propulsion and handling it will be a dream, with its calculated design parameters to provide tight turning circles at speed.
Nothing will be spared on its interior, which will be completed to the highest modern standards by the skilled craftsmen at Danish Yacht, with a similar exquisite finish as the J Class sailing yacht ‘Ranger’ and the 115’ motor yacht ‘Moon Goddess’.
