Only one conclusion: we must take action!

We live in a time where, on one hand fossil fuel supplies are doomed to run out soon, and on the other  hand there is an increasing concern for the environment, especially regarding greenhouse gas emissions. Paradoxically, our need to travel has never been so important.
This is why it seems necessary to develop  alternative energy sources, environmental-friendly  fuel for transport.

Beside the atmospheric pollution, transportation, and in particular airplanes, are known to be very noisy.

From these findings, one question arose to the members of LISA Airplanes: Is it not possible to design an eco-friendly and quiet airplane with technologies that are already on the market?
Today, after several feasibility and design studies, we are capable to carry out this challege and prove that there is a way to reduce environmental damages.This proof is called Hy-Bird.
